Paris, the worst performers in Europe
ParisBourse unable to keep up with the other stock exchanges of the Old Continent. The fact is CAC40 down more than 1, 20% depressed by Cap Gemini (-5.7%) with the title that is traded at 159 euros, Alcatel (-3.7%) to 55 euros, Thomson Multimedia (-4%) to 46.6 euros and Lagardère (-2.6%) to 58.2 euros. In contrast however the France Telecom is going up 1% to 88 euros.

It is difficult sitting of technology stocks in Europe. The Nemax 50, list of the top 50 technology stocks in Germany, marks a decrease of 6.31% at 2185 points, the lowest level in its history. Slight rise in the Dax index of leading market gaining 0.30% to 6401 points.
